Letter of Necessity

Hi All,

I am scheduled to have my surgery in September. Has anyone had their "Letter of Necessity" denied. Is the process difficult getting approval. I am learning as I go. I have read a lot and a lot of iformation can sometime discur one from the whole process. I have submitted all required information that was asked of me. Just concern how detail one should be on this letter. Any suggestions??
