Probably old news to all the veteran sleevers...

When I looked at the chicken broth I had it home, it either had 0 or 1 gram of protein, but when I looked at the chicken stock, it had 5g of protein (per cup). I will be using this from now on. And, when I get to mushies I will use it to thin down my soups etc with. Just thought I would pass it on for all of the newbies

I always look at labels, but hadn't noticed that. If I'm not making my own (yeah, right), I will look at the stock. Fat? Carbs?
