Feeling really tired.

I am 4 weeks out tomorrow. I feel really tired. I am working on being better about my vitamins and such, but I feel really fatigued. I don't see anywhere in my millions of papers that I am to be taking iron, but I need some suggestions from others who may know a good combo and when I am to be taking what and what not to take it with. Can you tell I am tired? I need some vitamin help. Thanks.:)

Lucy - about the multivit. making your stomach feel queasy - I'd suggest that you dissolve it in water and drink it - tastes terrible but whatever it takes, I guess. That's what my nut.'s recommended. I also dissolve my calcium in water. I'm almost 3 months out and feel tired too.
