My doctor would have told me to go for it... other peoples' doctors are very strict about exercise dos and don'ts. Best bet is to see what your surgeon says.

I really want to play. Everyone who knows me knows that I've always had a thing for playing sports and even at 6'4 477 pounds I still manage to get around the field. I even had it all figured out, I thought that if I hit homeruns I would not have too even run at all. My wife says she thinks that will be entirely too early. I have never had any surgeries and this will be my first. I'm usually good with healing and can tolerate pain really good. I Know I will also see what my Doctor say's and go from there. But if she says no then i guess I will just play anyway but from the bleachers sitting down cheering them one.:thumbup:

It seems like the twisting and force necessary to "knock one out" could be too much stress on your incisions and sleeve. Why risk it when you'll be in tip top shape by the time the next Battle rolls around?

You know your right. And i forgot to ask my doctor but I'm pretty sure that she would have said the same thing. My wife says that it didn't pay me to even ask cause SHE "My Wife" had already spoken that she's not about to let me hurt myself after all this training she invested in me. LOL :thumbup:
