Sugar free ice cream

We are celebrating my daughter's birthday tonight and I already told my husband that I wouldn't be eating cake and ice cream with everyone else. Well, he just came home with sugar free ice cream. (Sweetened with Splenda) To be honest, I am not an ice cream fan and I really don't care to have any. But now my daughter is all excited and my husband thinks he did something miraculous. :)

I am on mushies. Would it be okay to have a few bites? If not, just tell me. I just wanted to see before I did it. :)

That is awesome...you've got a good one! :) I'd say go for it too...won't be much different than a protein shake, just without as much protein. But you know.... don't have that much LOL.

I had a little. I couldn't take more than 1/2 of a small scoop. It was really tasty though! :) I had egg whites for dinner with some cheese and those were yummy too!

How sweet is that! What a nice gesture on your hubbies part! It's not like your going to be eating it all the time, this is a celebration, go for it! Take a bite or two for me! Plus it's sugar free, whats the difference between the ice cream or sugar free popsicles! Enjoy!

excited2lose, i just told my hubbie how sweet your hubbie was by running out there and getting sugar free ice cream so that you can celebrate your childs birthday. . . he said that your hubbie makes the other hubbies look bad. . . i laughed so hard at that comment and so did he. . . GOOD FOR YOU!

Awww! He feels really bad because he ALWAYS buys me chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's day. Not this year of course! The best part was that he stopped in the middle of the blizzard to get the ice cream! Very sweet! :)
