Except for my weight problem I have always been healthy- nothing has really bothered me. No meds. But since my Dr drew blood work- oh my B12 was low, my vit D was low so I have started supplements. Also I have never been consistent on taking vitamins- so I started that. NOW I have heartburn or indigestion- can just vitamins cause that? I am worried that if I have heartburn now will I have reflux after surgery. It seems the closer my surgery date gets the more I worry about alot of things--

I don't think there is any relationship between before and after. Some get heartburn who didn't have it before, some find theirs gets better, some find it gets worse. It's kind of a crap shoot.

I *swear* that my Calcium pills are causing me heartburn, but I take them 3x a day so of course they are going to be taken around the time I get heartburn, just as I will have recently drank some Water. So it's hard to tell...
