ARMY and lapband FILLS????? HELP?!

:help: hey guys and girls, i am new here! i am researching lapband, making appts. for seminars, etc., and I have a question to anyone in or married to the ARMY!?

OK, here goes: What if I get surgery here, in KY, then hubby and I move to another state/country... WHO WILL DO MY FILLS THEN? :phanvan

I know I have heard surgeons only like to fill their own work/bands, so... I just wonder, will I have to fly back to KY to get a fill if I need it? haha, holy moly;)

any advice would be helpful and appreciated!

thanks!

karly:)

I work for my surgeon and he will take on other patients for certin reasons. Your reason would be a reason he would take you on. He would want operative notes and he wants to keep your surgeon up to date as to what is going on. He will just send an update letter to him every so often.

Good Luck...Now that is for my surgeon but I would think for military most surgeons would work with you. :)
