I refuse to go back to "that" side of the store!

Ugh! It is official,,,I have gained back 30 of my lost pounds...I have been working to get my band refilled to a good restriction and apparently I need a little more. I don't know what my obsession with food is lately but I'm back in the mindset of waking up and promising not to make bad choices or eat too much and by the end of the night...boom I did it again. I was hoping to be able to use self control and not have so much in my band, but I guess that's not going to work..I was so happy when I got to shop on the regular side of the store and dang it I want to stay there! I am still proud that I don't weigh 314 any more but I was down to 170 and I am out of onderland today at 207! So here is my public confession of my struggles..headed back on the 14th to get a fill!

But that defeats the whole purpose of getting the band.... You get it, to get it filled, so you CAN use self control.

Nice job! Congrats on the awesome weight loss. I had got down to 215 then slowly lost control, fell back to bad habits and gained back 12. So I hear you and we just need to get our heads back into the game. I just put put a pair of jeans out in view , that I want to get back into to keep my goal focused. Good luck to you.

Thank you Lu! It is easy to let those bad habits creep up. My goal this week is no snacking after school. That is the worst time for me. Hopefully my fill next Monday will help my get back on track! Good luck to you too! Let me know how it's going!

Me too! The time between getting home from work and dinner time. Usually not real hunger but bored, the old habit of eating when I get home. I am now trying Water first, having chores or errands. If really a hunger I'm only making me a half of Protein Drink.< /p>

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
