Yea ive been trying i eat off the same small plates i use for my girls and if i have a sweet tooth i eat sf jello or sf pudding. And i only drink water except the rare occasion i go to a restaurant which is very rare and i have one sweet tea.

Good job! Have you tried protein bars for sweet tooth? Oh yeah bars are not bad. and I canr stress enough exercise! It is key! And something not going to lie I struggle with sonedays
