Diarrhea and cramping after a fill

Has this happened to anyone? Does it mean my band may be to tight? I had a fill Wednesday and have had diarrhea, cramping since. Is it just a coincidence?

Sounds like maybe a stomach virus but shouldn't be relay\ted to your fill. As Mis73 said, call your surgeon's office.

There is a big virus going around that is all pooping...take an anit-diahrra med over the counter it will help. Most of us are constipated so enjoy the weight loss...

Hmm yeah I wouldn't take an anti-diarrhea OTC medication. They are not the best thing to take.

Yes there is a virus going around but sometimes after a fill when we are on liquid diet for a few days...that can cause a more loose movement. I would be sure you actually have a virus before you screw with your digestion by taking an OTC medication.

I sometimes have a loose crampy feeling after a fill as my tummy adjusts to it and the diet stabilizes. It's not from being tight as much as it is adjusting to the change in the digestive track.

OTC anti-diahera meds always work for me. Call your Doctor and see his point of view.

I just got a bump fill on wed and had diahhrea on thurs and Fri...that was the first time i noticed it happening....but there is a tummy bug going around so it Colfax have been either...but it resolved itself by Saturday with no drugs.
