Humidity causing band tightness?

Typically in Washington we do not have this type of humid weather. Lately I have been extremely tight and my band is irritable. The only thing that has changed is the weather. Do you think it could cause the band to be different? Those of you who either are from Washington

and are having the same issue please respond or those of you who live in areas that you have experienced this. Thank you so much.

My doctor told me that sometimes you will experience a fluctuation with the tightness of the band. So I think what you are experiencing is normal. If it is constant and you can't keep anything down then you should seek medical attention. I personally have not experienced tightness due to weather but during my t.o.m. I feel like my band is tighter.

I live in the most humid State , Florida, no problems with band tightness.. IN fact I was worried about the change if I traveled.. I just got back from Colorado which has no humidity and did not notice any difference...

Thank ladies for the feedback.

You could also be dehydrating more which causes tightness or perhaps allergies are affecting you. Just a couple of other ideas.

thats probably it now that you mention it. Thank you. I haven't been getting my water in. I am going to make sure I get back on track.
