Nutri bullet

I bought one yesterday. I bought tons of fruit and veggies and have been whipping up different things.

Question... My surgery is 9/17 .. Once I'm done with the post op eating requirements would smoothies be a good source or nutrition and what would a smoothie serving size be?

Yes and no about smoothies being good for you. My NUT doesn't like me drinking my calories as it doesn't keep you satiated or full; however, many (myself included) tend to be tight in the a.m. So, it is a good replacement for me for breakfast and to get my protein in. Just make sure you are not overusing it, make sure the smoothies are packed with protein and low in sugar/calories (I also like to add some flax seed for fiber), and you may want to speak with your dr/nut to see how they feel about it. ;-)
