No fill since Sept 12...can't keep anything down now

I have lost my goal of 100 lbs, actually 105, but I have not been able to keep ANYTHING down since last Thursday night. Even liquids have to be taken in extremely slowly. Last night I was craving ice cream and it came back up. I'm worried that I may have a slip. Anyone else experienced this? Or know what this may be caused by?

Are you in pain? Pain might indicate a slip. If you're just SUPER tight you may need to have some fluid to take out. Once you're as tight as you are now it's hard to loosen up. You may be dehydrating as well. If you can keep it down you might try some liquid motrin but I would recommend calling your doc and getting a little fluid out. If you get to the point where you can't keep liquids down at all you need to call and tell them it's an emergency.

You really need to make an appointment with your surgeon ASAP. It could be a slip or it could be some other change (hormones, stress, too much salt, etc) that made your band suddenly too tight. Or, you could have a dilated pouch.

Regardless of the cause- you need to be seen by your surgeon.
