Anyone have trouble eating broccoli? I had grilled chick and steamed broccoli. I recently had my 3 fill and I had to run to the bathroom at the restaurant anyone experience that?

yep brocollis hard for me. If I am preparing it I make sure it is cooked until it's on the mushier side, otherwise it's too coarse

I havent tried it, but I was told it was one of the foods I might have to give up. But I'll probably see later, cuz so far, I've found very few things I couldnt tolerate.

I use to never have a problem with it but I guess as I have seen other posts foods that were never a problem can become one. Next time I have it I will make sure it's mushier.

Broccoli and chicken.... the two foods that almost always mean stuck for me :D The broccoli must be overcooked or cut into the tiniest of pieces. Even when cut up it is still questionable. chicken, I can only do dark meat. Breast meat is just tooo dry.

I find I can't do the mushy so well, if its hard I chew better. Mushy tends to be to easy to eat then I get sick. If I have to chew a lot I tend to eat slower.

No, no problem for me cooked or raw. I just take really small bites and chew, chew, chew.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
