First POST OP appointment from the "girl" who said she believed she regretted surgery but look...

Starting weight 238

PRE-OP diet lost 11 pounds

And today I weighed in at... 210- I feel like dancing!! Ha

Am I overreacting? Is this a good first loss from the lap band :/

What do I do next my fellow bandsters? :) exercise is limited to walking ugh

Just keep on keeping on! Follow your surgeon's food restrictions, and walking is good exercise, too!

Sounds like you're doing fabulous!! Keep it up, follow the rules, you've got this!

Great job. There are no norms or averages...just yours! Keep up the great work. Stay strong w/ the rules and walk as much as possible :)

Just remember that weight loss is generally 80/20 diet/exercise. If all you can do is walk then do it every day. Diet will be the real key to your continued weight loss. Good job so far and keep up the good work! And no weight loss is too small to celebrate!

I agree with no weight loss is too small to celebrate! Happy losing!

Thanks everyone, you give me the motivation to keep going! :)

Good gooding girl! I too only walk. Not so much from any limitations but I hate the idea of machines in a gym. Gym should be spelled gymm as I think it is a 4 letter word. Sounds like you are doing everything right. Just, chew, chew, chew and walk walk walk!
