Finally have my surgery date!!!!

My banded journey will begin Monday! I am excited and scared all at the same time.It has been a long road but I am so ready for this.I cant wait for my healthier life!

    Congratulations! I know how you feel, the day before surgery my mind went all different directions, like how my eating would be different from here on out, and the 6 week post op diet they give me, just lots of emotions. But now nearly 2 weeks into it, I'm back at the gym and life is resuming a new kind of normal! Blessings to you!
