2nd fill?

I have a question... I got my second fill on Monday and when I eat I belch a lot and have some discomfort until I can belch. Am I eating too fast? I feel like that is the cause. Any suggestions?

I've had no problems with regurgitation or heart burn, and am able to keep everything down. Just concerned about the discomfort.

It's possible you're eating too fast, too big of bites, or too much.

Burping is very common with the band. For some people, it's their soft stop telling them they're done eating.

Rapid burping for me is exactly that. I am either eating too quickly or not chewing slowly enough..slow burps and a slight runny nose means stop now or pay the price of a stuck episode.

Thanks! I was thinking exactly that... too big of bites, too fast! Gotta slow it down and small bites! :)
