anyone from dorset

is there anyone from Dorset area that has had the band, I just want to see if there is anyone out there that can have a chat with coz I am really struggling at the moment I have lost motivation and feeling alone about it all

I'm not from Dorset but I want to say, you aren't alone....there are so many wonderful people on here willing to give advice and lend an ear. Dig deep and get back on track, go back to basics, talk to your nutritionist if you can, visit a support group, but don't give up, you can do this and you are more than worth it :)

I am in Ireland we can chat anytime... I had my band done only 3 wks ago.. So still at the learning stage but maybe we can keep each other motivated.
