My guess is, it hit a small vein on the way to the port... I just had my first fill and it bled a bit afterwards. I don't have any pain though.... :(. I just remember the bruise that the shot of blood thinner left on my arm from surgery... Huge! Took forever to clear too... Call the dr and ask them directly, hope you feel better!
