Starting Anew

So some of you may remeber that I found out earlier this year insurance would not cover surgery. Well, good news is I recently got new insurnace that completely covers surgery. I am estatic that I am finally going to be able to do this for me.

My first consult is not until August 29th but I am beyond ready for all of this...

how exciting for you... All I can tell you is that the lapband has been the best decision I have made regarding my weight... I am now down almost 50 lbs since my jan 15 surgery.. My blood sugar is around 85 each am.. blood pressure is good, I will have my labs done next week to see where my cholesterol stands..I want to get off of all my meds.. I do not feel deprived, I feel in control ... I can actually walk and swim and ride my horse and I am going to the gym every day... Good Luck to you and you will find lots of support here...
