I'm aiming for 800 but most of the time I'm having issues, I get hungry quick. Can someone who had lost give me a sample meal plan? Please and thanks do much

I try to eat a minimum of 1000 calories a day, and allow myself up to 1200 on days that I exercise (which isn't that often...need to start working on that!). I've lost over 60lbs since my surgery in February, so it's working for me.

I am out 19 months, but aim for 1200 daily.

I try to keep it at 1,000 calories, or a tad less. But, I make a serious effort to keep the protein at no less than 80 grams, and try to make 90 grams per day. Also take a chewable form of calcium and vitamins.
