I'm a revision surgery and my old doctors office (but not the surgeon herself) said the office would do my fills. Any doctor is going to want your medical records when taking you on as a patient. So, they will inevitably find out you had your surgery in Mexico. There is a very real possibility they could deny you based on that but you won't know until you try.

I would just be honest and up front. It's the only chance you have.

I have all of my medical records- they are very professional and SHOULD be sufficient. Just wondering if there's anything like fill centers for out if country patients. There has to be info collated somewhere for international patients?

Just be honest and call around? There are docs here in Colorado who would fill you with insurance or self pay. Pick up the phone and make some calls.

Unfortunately, no there is no data for international patients nor is there any regulation on them. This is s big part of the problem.

Records and info for future doctors will always be completely up to you to provide.

Check with your patient coordinator where you had your lapband done. They should be able to provide you with a list of doctors in your area who will do your fills.
