anyone know of a good milk free protein drink?

HI all, I used to drink the protein shakes from costco but unfortunaly they have milk and I just found out I need to say away from it, I can do soy though. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I use to drink Silk soy but it has too many carbs and sugar for banders, but if your trying to avoid MILK based products they also have Pea protein

I use musle milk and it is milk free, also you can try mixing a protein powder with almond milk or the soy milks they have at the stores or ask someone at a vitamin store it they have lactose free protein powders or lactose free protein drinks.

The pea Protein is pretty good....I used to drink it. There is also egg white Protein Powder, which is also another good alternative. Here is a link to the website, but you can pick it up in most any health food store.

I believe GNC 's Lean Shakes are milk free.. they are good and muscle milk also..
