Hair shedding

Hello I had the Lap Band Surgery On May 1st and yesterday I was going my hair and I noticed the my edges were just about gone and my head was shedding. I don't think its from the quick weaves but maybe this is a results from the surgery? I was wondering what products out there I can use to get my hair back healthy and strong? What hair styles do you wear? Or Tips for me that I can use? Thanking everyone in advance.
