I had a rough 48 hours after but today I feel great! Having a hard time getting enough protein and water. I am 30 years old and i am down 6 lbs from surgery,

Hi ! I agree first 48 hours were tuff. I was banded on the 20th. I'm still very sore in the port area but feel really good. I'm doing ok with the protein, but it is difficult . I am following the guidelines and that seems to help. Make sure to sip lots of fluids. Take care !

I was banded May 24th and feel great. Soreness gone, but still a little weak. I think the weakness is partly due to my addiction to sugar. Hopefully, that will wear off. I am down about 8 lbs. That feels sooooo good.

I am now really wanting to eat some meat but dr. Says no until I'm 4 weeks out. I am on shakes 3 times a day. I fill full but my mind wants food. This is a marathon for all on us
