At goal and need advice on Fitness and Nutrition

I've been lurking on here for a few years now and decided to finally post. I have quite a few questions and I hope someone can assist!

I've lost 100Lbs. I'm in fantastic shape now. I run 10K's multiple times per week. I'm very active. I eat really well. Do I need to take any supplements or Vitamins or other bariatric nutritionals ?

I drink a big veg/fruit blend for Breakfast each morn before I run. Should I be doing this after I run ?

Also, what's all this talk about Protein shakes and powder ? Should I be adding protein into my morning drink ?

This whole new healthy lifestyle is really new to me. It's really amazing. Feel like i was given a second chance at life!

Congratulations on your loss. Do you still your doctor and or dietitian? They can help you the most about vitamins and minerals. A blood test would show what you have too much of or too little of. I have a protein shake every morning for breakfast. I hate breakfast foods. I use 2 scoops of whey protein and that is around 52 g of the protein plus I use FF milk with a small amount of decaf instant coffee, small amount of peppermint extract and lots of ice and it makes a very thick shake and I am good for 4-6 hours. I buy Body Fortress, not expensive around $16. at Walmart. I buy chocolate. I also eat protein bars, 20g in those. My dietitian told me to have those because they have the most protein, they are made by Cliff.

Thanks for the response and congrats!

My blood tests come back 100% ok.

I was wondering since i started running and being more active that I might need to add nutrients or Protein. When you eat the protein bars, do they replace your meals ?
