NJGirl! You rock. I figured that might help. It always does help to errmm...go before a weigh in. I should probably do the same. I'm irregular since my liquid diet, nothing really comes out. (TMI, soo sorry)

Maybe I need to try, tomorrow ends my 3 week liquid ordeal. Now for mushies, which I started last night actually on some Talapia fish. OMG! SOOOOOOOO DELISH...

TriciaK, that's AWESOME!! I can't wait to take a picture like that myself.

This morning I got on the scale and it said 220..I was like, WooHoo! thats 3 pounds gone, but got on 3 more times and they all said 221, so I'm going with 221 still. That's 2 pounds, not bad at all!

Congrats Telly on your loss!

Since we're talking TMI.....I had a BM too and lost the reported pound I gained.....maybe I should have waited to report....nope. This does me good to be accountable. I am walking today with my perdometer.

Telly ~ You inspire me! I can't believe you pedaled that far. You are AWESOME!!

Tricia ~ Once again you amaze me. :) You are so beautiful and have pretty toes to boot!! Congratulations on ONEDERLAND, you give me hope.

Also, SUPER DUPER job to the rest of you!! :)

Triciak, congrats on the onlanders! I can not wait to see that day. I think I was in 8th grade when I weighted that! LET ME TELL YOU THAT WAS A LONG TIME AGO!

I went to my last weigh in today and I was down. I made the 2 pound loss this weekend and with the 4 earlier I am down 6 lbs from last week. That puts be at 36 lbs since I joined LBT! I'm so excited. I am down near 60 pounds since I started my LB journey!

CONGRATS TO ALL THE BIG LOSERS THIS WEEK! :clap2:

I'm soo glad I did this challenge. I attended a Wedding and a Quincinera on Saturday night, both in the same night and boy lemme tell you...all the goodies, cakes, Italian and Puerto Rican food you could ever want.

I felt soo left out but I'm happy I didn't touch anything but grapes. Mushed.... :)

Plus it helped that my whole family knew I had the band so they would have given me the Evil Eye anyway.

Hi Everyone!!! Didn't dare get on the scale yesterday since Flow showed up yesterday morning. She's obviously still in town but I braved the scale anyway -- and I was down TWO POUNDS from last Friday!!! WITH FLOW HERE TOO! And I usually gain a few pounds around this time, just from Water weight! Anyway, I'm so happy I did this challenge!!! I kept saying to myself "oh shoot, I can't eat that! I'm supposed to lose 2 pounds this weekend!!!" Hahahah! Now if I could only do that EVERY weekend :)

Xann, that's great news! I'm happy you made it through the weekend.

Now if we can all just....somehow maintain and progress from here. That seems to be the craziest part..keeping it off and moving down.

Great job girly girl!

TERESITA??? Whaaaaaaaaaaaa??? Omg hon! That is superb. You are doing so well!!! Gosh that's really great! 61lbs gone. I see you are in the next bracket now. Doesn't that feel great?

**Hugs**

Geesh -4lbs over the weekend and a day is amazing. Weekends are soo hard too.

shake it Tere!

Do you guys want to do this again this weekend? I'm up for it? I'd like to do it again and fight the "scary weight gain weekends". Let me know if this is a good idea and to keep it going as a kind of reinforcement for our Major challenges such as Bootcamp and Gone For Good Club.

I think.. as long as we have something to get us through the weekends, the Monday and Wednesday weigh ins won't be soo depressing.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
