Sodium in fast foods

As I was waiting line at the Drive Up window of my combined KFC/Taco Bell. I noticed their 360 Calorie meal, and thought about trying it. Then I noticed the fine print at the bottom of the sign 1500 mg of sodium. The American heart association recommends a max 1000 mg per 1000 calories, with a maximum of 2000 mg per day. Instead I settled for my usual Fresco Steak Taco and Water.

Just a reminder to be aware of what you are really eating.

Great post!! I feel so much better when I watch sodium. I try not to eat too many processed foods.
