Hang in there....I was banded the same day and this gas is horrible! Walking helps immensely with the gas and each hour of each day is a little better. We will get there....it may be a bit painful now, but the end results will be wonderful.

I agree best advice is moving and gas-x. I still use this script on occasion!

Thanks all for the encouragement. Do you use the strips or the chewables?

I used the strip, for me they seemed to work faster !!
