band to tight 3 times now omg

Was banded on dec 3 the frist time i was to tight right out of sergery so they took out fill then about 6 weeks out my frist fill had the same thing happen day before yesterday was my fill for the 3 time got 2 ccs i havr very little fill in my band from day one this was to tight so went back yesterday had half taken out its been really hard to get my band ajusted i have a wondeful dr he says iam very sensitve but i have lost 50 lbs so its working just a hard time to get ajusted got it right now i hope but this has been a hell of a ride !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! would do it again if i had to think its right now

Have you ever thought that you did not need this new fill? Others have never had a fill and have lost all the weight they needed to just by following the plan. Since you are doing so well, why did you get a fill? Well, it sounds liek you have a wise surgeon and are a wiser patient. best wishes!!! :wub: Karen

2 cc's is a pretty large fill for someone that's obviously very sensitive to the band. Everybody is so different. Whatever you do, don't let the band stay too tight because that can cause a lot of problems!

It's very possible you don't need a fill at all yet. Some people don't.
