Over two weeks and it hurts to sip water....... time for a phone call to your doc first thing in the morning. Let us know what you do.

I agree with m1aman, you really need to call your doctor.

Immediately after surgery, your throat can be irritated from being intubated for surgery. But 15 days later that shouldn't be an issue anymore.

Call your doc in the morning. It's always better safe than sorry.
