Stay away from UTMist in Houston

To put it lightly their office staff is incompetent. I have an EGD scheduled for tomorrow and no one prep me on what to do and do not. Show up at 7:30am and bring copay. Two bit office.

Im in Houston, using True Results. I have a friend who used them and had a good experience and so far the last month has been okay with my dealings with them. I do not know if are in a position to switch but there are other options in Houston.
