6 months, 52 pounds gone! Pics~

  • Popular Post

Celebrating 6 months since surgery this month and wanted to share my first set of pics. I CAN NOT believe I'm posting these, but I'm starting to feel more comfortable with myself and decided to just do it! What a difference 52 pounds makes!! I looked like the marshmallow girl and didn't even realize it!!! lol! The first pic is at my starting weight of 299 before surgery. Then the 2nd pic is 3 months in and the last is 6 months and weighing 247. :)

Thanks !! Any words of advise or helpful hints ?

The thing that has helped me most has been using Myfitnesspal. I log all my food in everyday and it keeps track of calories, fat, carbs, etc. If you haven't checked it out yet I would strongly suggest looking into it. :)

You are such an inspiration! I second that about myfitnesspal. I have the app on my iPhone and it has become my new best friend on my Lapband journey. It has really helped me to keep track of things especially making sure I get enough Protein.
