Fish oils....Need a good brand without the after smell.

Sorry, didn't know how else to word it. I saw my dr last Friday for a fill and we were talking about my RA and that I needed to take a fish oil daily to help. He didn't recomend a particular brand, so i am at a loss. I have taken it before and it really leaves a nasty smell.

Anyone take a fish oil that you would recomend.

If you mean the Omega-3, I've never noticed a fishy smell with the gel caps. I have taken the Nature's Bounty brand.

Stay away from tablets, they smell awful and give you horrible breath.

I just one that comes in a red bottle and I think it's just called omega fish oil mini or something like that at Costco. Even on sale. My support group suggested it because they are quite a bit smaller than a regular pill. I've had them a few days and no fish breath at all. I'm quite pleased. Check it out!
