Thank goodness for soft foods!!!

I got banded on the 28th, I haven't had any hunger until late last night. Luckily, my dr lets me start soft foods (anything I can mash with a fork) today. broth was definitely not going to satisfy my hunger. Lol. I think I did very well today, I didn't go crazy since I was finally able to eat something.

For once I feel good about losing weight. I'm twelve pounds down since surgery. And I'm NOT looking back. Lap bad = best decision ever (so far)

That is what I am afraid of...going crazy...

Were you satisfied after a smallish amount of food?

Oddly enough, as hungry as I felt, tiny amounts of food satisfied those urges. That did surprise me, especially since my dr leaves the band completely empty.
