Hello, I'm from manchester gonna e banded by the hospital group. How you doing?

I'm doing good. It takes a little getting used to and getting your head round the fact that it still hard Work from you rather than an easy option (which I think we all think it will be). I hit a plateau in weight loss about 4 weeks ago and was fed up but advice from on here to make sure I have between 1000 and 1100 calories a day with all my protein and loads of water WORKED. Back on the losing track. Stopped a bit over Xmas but back in track now x I downloaded MyFitPal on my iphone. It's fantastic. You really know what calories your taking in I'd definitely recommend that. You can add people too I'm mummajuju on there. Add me if you download it. It's handy to look at others food diaries too to get ideas.

Op wise I found it fine. Not even really uncomfortable at all so you'll be fine. I did get hungry after which shocked me as I wasn't expecting that and everyone is different. However it did go off after a few days. I've had my third fill now and just with that one felt restriction. Before that I didn't know I really had a band. It's a funny feeling but I learnt one this. I wasn't chewing nearly enough as I needed before my last fill and I learnt that the hard way lol so when your on your solids chew chew chew!

Anyway just got to do my tea so hopefully talk soon. Feel free to ask me anything if I can help xx good luck xx
