my surgery was postponed due to infection i have my surgery jan. 11th?

i was pretty much bummed my surgeon said id still have to stay on the liquid diet till jan 11th a month on liquids before and after geez im dying! im kind of having second thoughts about having lapband surgery. maybe staying on liquids is perfect lost 20lbs in 2 weeks idk

    Use this time to seriously consider your decision. If you decide not to, then simply cancel the surgery. But ultimately you have to do what's best for you.

    One thing to point out though: You can't stay on liquids forever. Eventually you'll inevitably go back to normal food and likely old eating habits, gaining back whatever you lost and then some. Whether you choose to get the band or not, you will still have to change your eating habits for a lifetime.

    And no matter what you choose as your way, EVERY plan works as long as you follow it. : )
