Hi Everyone,

I am new to the site, but love it! I had my surgery on 11/27 have been able to eat about 30 grams of protein each day (16 oz of fluid) and about 45 ounces of water. I am exhausted and keep reading about people that feel great and lots of energy, also I think I may be feeling a bit blue due to the mental changes I am accomodating to, and want t.. Will I eventually feel better, I am trying to do the 60 ounces of liquid protein recommended by my surgeon. Thanks for any assistance, this forum is wonderful!!

Thanks everyone, really appreciate the advice. It all makes sense.

I was banded on Nov 20 and I have been sleeping non-stop. It'll even out eventually :)
