I am doing good - I have had my first full but still have the appetite- I am at 4ccs and idk how much fill ill need to make the appetite go away! I am trying to be really strict about my food and only eat high Protein, low carb but its a bit of challenge- as of this week I am released for exercise so hopefully that helps- would love to hear from you all on what's working etc

I had my first fill last week on Thursday... I too still have an appetite and am relying on will power to keep my eating on track. I stick to Protein with very low carbs and fat. I have a huge sweet tooth so my bf (wonderful man that he is) makes me fruit salad with sugar free vanilla pudding and fat free cool whip. It is really good and keeps me from eating things like Cookies and ice cream. I have been back at the gym for a couple of weeks now doing mostly cardio with just a small amount of strength training in my legs and arms. I feel great but am not losing a lot at this point, about 1lb a week. I'm hoping my next fill will get me moving again...

My first fill is tomorrow also. Can't wait!

Tomorrow is my one month bandiversary!

Lost 10lbs since surgery.

Not a lot, but ten a month for several months would be great.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
