My current weight is 193lbs. I'll be MIA for a little bit, taking on new work assignments, but I will try my hardest to check in. :girl_hug: I will make all the time in the world for my exercise, it's the most important thing and eating right.

Love you guys...later.

Hi fellow boot camp loosers,

wt 163, body fat states 38% on my scale, only down 1 1/2", the whole measuring thing...I have a very hard time being consistant with.....too tight... not snug enough etc. Measurements have been a great thing though when the scales weren't cooperating. Hope everyone is doing well. This week represents 10.5#'s total - I'm happy!

Monday morning check in!

I am so excited! I lost 5 pounds this week!!!! But wait, there is more!!! I hit one of my major goals!!! I have lost the 55 pounds that I gained when I fell off the band-wagon 2.5 years ago! And it took me less than 3 months to lose what I gained in that 2.5 years!!! I LOVE MY BAND!!!

I have to say, I am literally working my butt off trying to get my house on the market. For the last 3 weeks, I fall into bed totally exhausted physically. I have been able to work out for an hour every day, but the last 3 days I just couldn't do it. But tomorrow, I will get back on my bike for the hour in the morning!!

Good evening Sarge! I'm running a day behind but pretty good numbers to report. I'm down another 1.5 lbs!! YEA!! Although, I am having some major discomfort after my fill last week. No pb'ing or anything but some really hurting pain about 2-4 hours after I eat. I'm doing mostly liquids and I just can't figure this pain out. Anyway.... down 1.5 lbs!! :-)

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
