For those of you who use Dr. Sewell in Southlake, how often does he do fills?? Where do you get them done?? Does he do them himself or someone else?? Does insurance usually cover this?? If not, how much does it cost?

Hi Y'all,

I had my surgery with Dr. Robert Snow in Hurst. Dr. Smith is in the same office. I haven't met Dr. Smith but I ADORE Dr. Snow. He is great. I think fills are about $200.
