    I live in Michigan. The protein drink i have is called Rutein and my surgeon makes and sells it. The nervous feeling? I was so nervous but afterward i was glad and relieved. This surgery is definitely going to be my most valuable tool in keepung my weight down.

    Started the opti-fast...not liking it too much. Yuck!
