Ok First Day After Surgery I Have Real Food!

One month one day post-op first time I have real Mexican food ... It was my dads birthday and we went out to dinner to celebrate I had some grilled chicken from a salad some beans an like three chips n sauce I think a had a lil to much but did not get stuck n I feel good I know Mexican food is a bit on the no no side because is so easy to eat but I'm a Mexican must have it every once in a while b

Another thing I have to cook it every day imagine that....lol

Just remember, nothing is necessarily "bad" or off limits. You just need to enjoy it in moderation.

could eat it every day,,, and homemade tortillias omg i would be in heaven :)

when I go I split a cheese quesadilla and refied beans with my mom and allow myself 3 or 4 chips with salsa. I don't go that often, maybe once a month. Love it tho.

I love Mexican food minus the rice and flour tortilla I don't tolerate so well. I am learning to use beans so much more. Still love the cheese, chilis, and sour cream!!!!!
