Meal Portions, Calorie/ Protein Intake.

Sooo confused!! Hope someone has some answers for me :)

I had a slippage this past week.. So they emptied my band.. And need my stomach to shrink back down through the band.. All the doctor told me was to do 4 wks liquid/ purée.

Soo 1/2 cup portions? Cup? 3 meals total? Or protein drinks I between?

From my research I've found 70-80 G protein a day. 500-800 calories a day. I made tons of puréed soupsast night and would love to know how to portion them.

Thanks for any suggestions!!! :)

Unfortunately, you're going to have to go back to your doctor and ask him for those specifics. You're trying to recover from a slipped band, so your dietary needs aren't going to be the same as the rest of us. Plus, every doctor handles slips differently. What works for one may not work for another and you need to do specifically what is advised for your situation.

Call and ask for more specific instructions. It's the only way you're going to know you're doing the right thing.

I would like to know from someone who has reached thier goal, any suggestions to get my calories down and protein up...I have had a plateau in Oct..and need to break it...any food suggestions,
