That is great!!! Don't be scared. This will change your life and make you feel so good about yourself! I have only lost 30 of my 100 and am feeling human again. I have not felt like that in years. Keep the faith!

Thank you and how wonderful for you. I can't wait to feel that way again, its been years. I have my educational class tomorrow. I had

a visit with my nut last week and she said no more snacks between meals or liquor (not a big drinker, but this time of year) and the soda is gone as well. The nice thing is that my insurance doesn't require anything of me except a Bmi of 40 or more. So this is going quick. I still have to wait for final approval. I will keep u posted.
