Day 4 Of Pre Op Diet

Still doing good on the pre op diet. Although I have lower back pain and had hardly got any sleep last night. I was up walking around in the middle of the night and thought I am hungry. I almost went to go eat and remembered I am on my pre op diet. So I drank Water and took some tylonal.

Does anyone have lower back pain remedies?
