How Often To Lap Banders Pee I'm Worried...

Recommended Posts

I try to drink 64 oz of liquid a day but I don't think I'm even close. I probably get down half of what I'm suppose to. I am only going to the bathroom 4 / 5 times a day. I'm worried in going to get a kidney, bladder or uti. I get occasional pain in my lower back or ab. Any information would be appreciated.

In my experience....Going to the bathroom before wls is no different than after wls except that now I go more because I drink more Water. And it might be TMI but my bowl movement are much more pleasent because they aren't promoted by fatty foods.

I have a hard time with the water... So I fill up a pitcher of Water with 32oz every morning and don't go to bed until I finish it. I take bottles to work with the other 32 oz in it... And make sure they are done before I get home. Yes that would be me you see downing 2 or 3 bottles on the way home because I have to finish them....lol

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
