Success Stories And Exercise Regimen If Any

Getting banded with plication on the 17th. Finished reading all the surgery stories, now I need to hear success stories and I'd like to know ur exercise regimen bc I have constant lower back pain and am afraid I won't be able to do enough rigorous activity to shed the pounds I want to lose.

I lost 60lb in the 6 montgs pre op and have lost 82lb since 14th march 6 months. I started at 361 and would still like to lose another 50 to 70. I have exercised by walking every day since surgery at least 30 min after 5 weeks I started back at aqua fitness twice a week and hope to add the gym in now 3 times for toning. Good luck on your journey
