Third Fill And I Think I Finally Have Enough Restriction

I've got 4.8 ml total in my band as of last week on my third fill. I feel like I can eat about 1/2 cup of food before I'm full. I hope this is it and the weight really starts to come off now.

How did you know when you were there?

I can't wait till I get to this point. I only have 3cc in my band right now. I have a 14cc band.. I go for my second fill on the 20th. I don't feel ANY restriction right now. And I am truly struggling! I hope this gets better.

How many calories do you ladies take in? I dropped down to between 800-900 a day plus working out and I have lost nothing in 5 days. Any suggestion?

Beachgirl, you might not be eating enough calories. If you do not get enough, your body will go into starvation mode and hold onto everything including fat. Maybe add in calories with an extra snack like some applesauce or a sugar free snack. Just food for thought. :)

Thanks, any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Lord knows I've been off the bandwagon and I'm finally back on!!
