  2. I seen the doctor on Tuesday (I hadn't ate anything yet). Told him I had been having some trouble but he just thought it was from stress do to family matters. After I left and went to eat, I couldn't eat anything. Now on day 3 still unable to eat. Some liquids stay down and some don't. No food will go down, not even milk magnesium. Just wondering if I could have a slip.
  3. Thanks LJCBF, yes my calorie intake is 900 which is recommended by my dr. I'm open to any suggestions you may have. I'm going to the beach in August so I've been working really hard. I'm starting to get discouraged because of the scale. Maybe I should drop down to 3 days Zumba and 3 days of walking. Crossfit is becoming very popular in my area, but I believe I'm not ready for that.
  4. I'm a huge Zumba fan and I do it 5 to 6 times a week, but I'm noticing the more I workout the less the scale is moving. Any one have any suggestions?

  6. I was on liquids for 48 hrs and soft for 48, can't go back to normal eating until after 3 today. Liquids go down fine and its easier to eat in the evenings. I guess maybe I'm where I should be in the zone.
  7. I've heard people mention this, but never experienced it. I got a fill on Tuesday and I can barely eat half of a scrambled egg. I've never had restriction until now. I'm wondering if maybe I'm to tight. Is this normal?
  8. I just had my 3rd fill in a year and a half, I'm at 6.5cc.
  9. At this point I would not, I have not been a so called poster child for Lapband. I will be seeing a new doctor on Tuesday and looking forward to a better journey. My opinion may change in time. It's great to see how many people have had success though, gives me hope that I can turn this into a great successful story of my own.

  12. I have had my band for a year and a half, and have struggled every step of the way. Now weighing 10lbs more then I did at my first consult I have decided to switch doctors. I'm hoping to get a new perspective and a concerned doctor. I have only had 2 fills and frankly feel like I have felled and my doctor has also felled me. Was wondering if anyone has switched doctors and got better results?

  14. Is there a reason why people use almond milk over skim milk, or is it just a personal choice?
  15. 4 days a week of Zumba, I Love It.

  17. Salsa chicken over black beans.
  18. Did you have to have surgery to fix your slip?
  19. Thanks everyone, today is a lot better. I just couldn't remember my stomach being like that after my first fill.
